Upper Body Tabata (10/7/14)

Time to get your upper body workout in!

Coming to ya from my home base in this one.  The setting is my basement, which proves you can do this workout anywhere!  No equipment, no complications, no excuses.

Here’s the moves for this workout:

— Wide to Narrow Pushups (see Round 2 for bonus difficulty option)
— Squat Thrusts
— High Plank Forward Punches (add Plank to Pushup to turn up the intensity)
— Seated In & Out Abs

Think you can keep up?

This is a great workout you can do at your house, in a hotel room, or on top of a building… Hey, I don’t know where you work out!

But the real fun comes into play when AT BOOTCAMP!

Working out is so much more fun and rewarding when you’re working with a group of like-minded people just like you.  Many of our members have become life long friends as a result of meeting at bootcamp.
