Core Tabata for the day…
For the uninitiated, “Tabata” is a workout format in which we work continuously for 4 straight minutes.
We typically rotate between a series of different moves that last for 30 seconds each. You can choose to work the entire 30 seconds OR choose to go for 20 seconds intensely and take 10 seconds to regroup before the next exercise starts.
In this video, I’m demo-ing a Core-emphasis Tabata. Because everybody likes working on those ABS! 😉
Follow along or just check it out to see what you think.
Tabatas are a part of our daily routine @ St. Louis Fitness Bootcamp.
They’re always different so you’ll never get bored. And you can go as intense as you like OR modify the moves to suit your fitness level.
There’s something for everybody at STL Fitness Bootcamp! We ain’t your average bootcamp. Come see the difference for yourself…
Here’s the workout breakdown from the video:
Move #1: Stationary Sprint (in split lunge position)
Move #2: Side Plank Right (plus hand to toe touch)
Move #3: Side Plank Left (plus hand to toe touch)
Move #4: Plank OR Plank Pendulum
