It’s Leg Day today!
This one took two tries for me to record. My iPhone neglected to inform me before the first take that there was insufficient room for recording. Despite the setback, I remained determined to get the video shot just for you. 😉 But some of my jumps may not be as high as they could have been since it’s my second time through… Trust me, it’s a good one!
This tabata and others like it are a mainstay of our workout program at St. Louis Fitness Bootcamp.
We’re constantly changing up the workouts and adding in new moves so your body can never fully accustom to any workout. Not knowing what to expect, keeps your muscles guessing and contributes to increased results.
Keep in mind too that you can modify any of our workouts to your level of fitness. Go as hard or as modified as you need to for your particular level. And if you’re really feeling it, try to show me up too!

– Squats OR Squat Jumps with High Punch & Low Punch
– Switch Sides
– Mountain Climbers
– Low Squat Simulated Jump Rope
We rotate through twice for an intense 4 minute sequence that should get your heart pumping.
