Last year’s Adopt-A-Family campaign was a massive success. (Click here to see the results from 2014.)
So this year we’re upping the ante. We’ve decided to brighten Christmas for a family of seven this year. You can read their story provided by the Salvation Army below:
This is a family of seven. Mom is working, but she has limited income. Two of her children have behavioral disorders, and she often has to take time off work to address their issues at school and take them to the Dr. She is also caring for her elderly mother in home at this time. After mom pays the rent, she barely has enough to purchase food and household items. The family is wishing for food, warm clothing and
board games & bed sheets. Towels and bikes, but anything is appreciated.
